Families can experience a change in pricing when there is a change of condition. There are different levels for the Care Plan, Medications and our Continence Program. Also, the annual suite increase. Families will be notified and informed after all Care Plan reviews; discussion of fiscal increase will be had at that time. Thirty-day written notification for suite changes when applicable.

Second Care Plan review is completed in fourteen days, then quarterly unless there is a change in condition. This is to ensure every resident is receiving the proper care according to their needs. Families and residents are involved with each Care Plan review.
