We do not require large entrance fees or "buy-in" fees. Our rental options and affordable pricing offer a more accessible option for seniors without the obligation or an entry fee or long-term financial commitment. 1. Our current floor plans are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. Some of the larger one bedrooms have flexibility to create an office space. New designs will launch in 2024 that may include a den feature.
2. We have a parking garage and currently have a promotion for 1 year of FREE assigned garage parking.
3. Our current dining program includes Continental Breakfast daily as well as choice of multi-course meal per day at choice of time. Lunch, Late Lunch or Dinner. Additional meals can be purchased. Full kitchens are featured in all Independent Apartments.
4. Our current Market Café offers “grab and go” items M-F including soups, pastries, and sandwiches.

No at this time we have 2 styles of two bedroom units and have a few of both.
